It partially started up and looked like it wasn't doing anything - just a blue Windows background. I have searched for ways to keep this from happening but have had no luck… Does anyone know how to stop this window from opening? If the LED is on showing that power is reaching it, make sure your power button is properly connected and working. Once I hooked up an external drive, it reinstalled without any problems.
