I'm very glad to have this taken care of, and I'm probably better-protected now with all the software you had me get. Browsers & Mail 2 iexplore.exe processes with 1 window open?Is everyone's task manager showing it like this?
Looking closer, you'll see that the windows are owned by that master process too. I run the program, start a scan, get to some part of System and then the computer blue screens.
