Now I installed your tool and I got 104 Gig back!!! You should always backup important data. disk 0 wont give you the option to format as windows cant delete itself,if it is a hardware problem with the drive the only thing i can think of is 2 I took it and installed it in another pc but instead of 250GB bios and windows recognize only 33GB.
